Jamie Norman joined the TNE team in 2010, after completing his diploma in IT. Jamie’s main duties include; implementing and supporting IT services for clients, whilst also providing advice and proposals. Jamie enjoys participating in TNE’s business development processes and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Together the TNE team have built an IT support company that prides itself on giving excellent service, taking enormous care of the customer relationship and staying up to date with all issues IT.
Paul believes that the money spent in automation of systems is the key to success. This automation provides 24 hour monitored service of his clients, and peace of mind in safe system data.

BHR’s Brian Hotker originally approached Paul after finding it difficult to find IT support in Bunbury that actually delivered. Paul asked Brian to check out his clients for testimonials, which he did. 19 year later, BHR and TNE are still supporting each other.

What has been your highlight of recent years?
TNE has experienced 40 per cent growth in the business in recent years. Automation of their systems have allowed the best possible service to the client. TNE have additionally become the only Patchbox Distributor in Australia, and joined the WA Leaders Group.
